Celebrity Apprentice – Season 3, Episode 9, Truck Stop Taste

Rock Solid goes to a furniture store where they have a line of credit. Sharon gravitates toward modern-style, a lot of black and white. Maria, however, likes things that sparkle. She and Sharon don’t like any of the same things, and once again we hear about how Maria’s just a kid. Sharon says to Curtis that Maria has “truck stop taste”, and I get what she means, but it’s kind of a nasty way to say it. Or maybe not. She does dress like a crazy lady, after all. It’s not like Sharon doesn’t have a point. Maria complains that Curtis is stealing her spot as the “master manipulator”, and I don’t think that’s even mildly accurate about either of them. Unless they’re so good at their manipulations that even the audience can’t see it! Well-played, Kanellas. Well-played. She heads out to get the paint, and probably take care of some manipulation along the way.
