Celebrity Apprentice – Season 3, Episode 9, Truck Stop Taste
At Tenacity, Cyndi starts cutting up the curtains in the Celebrity Room. It’s a weird room. I actually think it’s too self-consciously quirky. I mean, there’s giant birdcage which contains a pair of women’s shoes. To me, and I am usually Pro-Cyndi, it looks like somebody trying too hard to be interesting. Bret gets a call that his new photos are in, but the elevator isn’t working and they are on the 18th floor. Bret books it down to the street and runs right back up again. That’s a lot of stairs, you know. Bret is really passionate about this show, you know? It’s a weird thing to be passionate about, I think. It doesn’t matter who’s the manager of if he agrees with the direction – the dude busts his ass. I’m not saying he’s good at everything or that he always make reasonable decisions, but he tries harder than anybody there. (Fun fact: the software developers used motion capture footage of Bret for the male lead singer in Guitar Hero III.)
