Celebrity Apprentice Season 4 – “I Love Touching the Art”

ASAP gets to work.  There’s a lot of paint-flinging going on.  Star freaks out over a broken printer, because obviously the handbills are the most important part of the task.  NeNe wants everybody to put their handprint on a canvas and have everybody sign it.  Star is the last to play along and she can’t figure out how to get paint off her hand.  NeNe is pretty tired of Star at this point and is just openly talking crap about her, which makes me like NeNe more.

At Backbone, John announces their plan to get on the road by 3:00.  The art looks mostly like work produced by mental patients.  Meat Loaf dips his basketball in paint and rolls it around a canvas.  Busey paints a buffalo that you would expect to see on the wall during a Kindergarten parents’ night.  Lil Jon stencils the word “VICIOUS” onto a canvas and then drizzles paint around it.  John Rich paints his boots red, white, and blue.  Of course he does.  It’s not like he would have bought any other colors.  Richard puts flowers on his New Era cap.  Lil Jon calls it “a really gay-ass hat”, and if I thought I could get away with it, I’d title this recap “Gay-Ass Hat” in a heartbeat.  One think we don’t see until later, but I really want to mention, is that Mark’s “paintings” are just transcribed Sugar Ray lyrics on the canvas.  Wow.  I feel like that tells you everything you need to know about him right there.  Like, his entire Wikipedia entry should be “Mark McGrath – Once painted his own lyrics from 12 years ago on a canvas and attempted to sell it for charity.  Apparently does a lot of cocaine.  (citation needed)”

  1. This was my favorite Recap so far! The others in the cyber cafe gave me weird looks as I was laughing.-
