The music people put together hilarious “shopping montage” music, as ASAP runs rampant. Except for Dionne, who shuffles around quietly like my grandmother at the Dollar Store. (NeNe: “Dionne don’t do much, but she’s 70. I’m thinking when I’m seventy, I don’t want to do much either.”) Everybody else is filling carts with anything that’s not nailed down – they have a $5,000 credit line, so they’re buying as much as they can and figuring out how do use it later on.
In the Backbone van, John Rich is singing a country song about Camping World, but Jose is against it. “Completely against it”. He thinks it alienates people, but Jose also just likes to be against things. My friend Sam likes to get an audience on his side by asking them “Who here likes their favorite food?”, because everybody cheers for that. It wouldn’t work on Jose Canseco. Jose hates his favorite food and wants to punch it. He says the song is “too hick-ish”. There’s some real controversy in the van, especially after Richard calls it “backward”.

Awesome review. I literally had to cover my mouth from laughing hysterically in my cubicle.
I’ve always liked Dione Warwick’s music, but no doubt that woman is 100% evil
Thank you! I strive to create awkward workplace situations whenever I can.
Yeah, Dionne is really talented, but “That’s What Friends Are For” isn’t good enough to justify that attitude of hers.
