Celebrity Apprentice

Celebrity Apprentice Season 4 – “Living Under Correct Knowledge Yearly”

The next morning, Star calls in a balloon order.  Remember the whole thing with balloons last year, when Brett Michaels was obsessed with having balloons and Sinbad gave us the catchphrase “I am hell up outta here”?  Good times.  Niki makes sure she orders some black balloons, because she’ll be attending a clown funeral later in the day.  We learn that the balloons are a replacement for the shrubbery, because Dionne and LaToya blew off the part of their shopping trip that the Project Manager actually wanted.  That Dionne’s a real charmer.

Backbone sets up their campsite.  All of the plants arrive at the same time, and it looks like a freaking greenhouse.  Or, you know, an outdoor greenhouse.  Which I guess they just call a forest.  Busey and Richard bag on ASAP for not having any greenery.  But looking at Backbone’s location, I don’t think there are any trees left.  ASAP puts on the finishing touches.  Marlee tries to mount an American flag over the tent flap, which Niki vetoes.  Her mock disappointment is hilarious.  I never want to watch another reality show that doesn’t have Marlee Matlin in the cast.  Take some sewing classes Marlee, because Project Runway is just around the corner!  There’s a funny moment of LaToya being unable to work a door and getting very upset about it, until she remembers that doorknobs exist.  Dionne pays some bills over the phone.  Niki is as surprised as any of us.

  2. Awesome review. I literally had to cover my mouth from laughing hysterically in my cubicle.

I’ve always liked Dione Warwick’s music, but no doubt that woman is 100% evil

  3. Thank you! I strive to create awkward workplace situations whenever I can.

Yeah, Dionne is really talented, but “That’s What Friends Are For” isn’t good enough to justify that attitude of hers.
