Time for ASAP’s pitch! They show their ad, and it’s pretty terrible. It’s a jumbled mess, and Meat Loaf’s ideas are not great. The executives roll their eyes at one point. Meat Loaf seems to think it’s really creative and edgy, bless his heart.
Backbone arrives for their pitch. John does a pretty good job of setting it up – he’s very personable and makes it sound like he loves OnStar more than he’s loved anything ever. Their ad is less terrible, but it looks like something you’d see on public access. The white screen and the terrible special effects just look stupid. John thinks they nailed it, though.
