I’ll grant you, “young woman” is not a great thing to say. To me, it’s pretty obvious that he caught himself just before “young lady” slipped out, and he tried to come up with something that wouldn’t cause offense. Again, that’s how Meat Loaf talks. I don’t think he’s implying that either her age or her gender makes her inferior to him in any way. But seriously, he’s responding to Star saying that she doesn’t have to waste time arguing with him because she’s a lawyer and he isn’t. We’ve seen Star’s elitism before, and it is not a good look.
