The Backbone members make fun of Lil Jon for being stupid, even though there’s no evidence to support that. Man, this is sloppy plotting. When Jose, as the teacher, hits the stage and delivers his lines awkwardly with at least one long pause that allows the editors to cut to every single person in the audience for reaction shots. Anyway, he teaches Jon an important lesson in a halting monotone. Thusly embiggened, Jon puts on a giant gold chain and decides to be himself. He sings about how he knows his ABC’s and his 123’s, and everybody dances. The kids really seem into it, which is why I don’t understand kids. (I actually thought they looking a little scared at first, but then I decided that they were actually into his song. I was still waiting for some kid to burst into tears, though.–Myndi) In an interview, Meat Loaf fights back tears. I’m just going to go ahead and make that a macro.
