By the way, the table in this room is absolutely massive. It is a much bigger table than four people need. It’s so big that it messes with your perspective. There’s no way they could even get it into the room – the table is so big that they must have build the room around it. Sort of like the SHIELD lab built around the hammer in Thor. This is the Mjolnir of conference tables. (I can only imagine the Google searches that word salad will show up on!–Myndi)
Piers says that if you take away Marlee’s one big task, she hasn’t been that impressive. I think you have to keep in mind that she’s been on a severely dysfunctional team this whole time. Just keeping the ship on course has been an accomplishment. She also acknowledges that she’s a little “tapped out” on the fundraising, which Piers thinks is significant. Of course, since the final task is not actually a fundraising task, this couldn’t mean less. Back in the Trump Hole, Trump says that all four are very impressive, and the past winners say they have a consensus on the Final Two. In fact, they share Lil Jon’s opinion, which means he was right when they asked him who would be in the finals. His prescience should have earned him some points! But then, those extra points would have put him into the finals and then his prediction wouldn’t have been accurate, and he’d then be out of the finals. There’s a serious philosophical paradox at work here. Don’t let any robots read this recap, lest their heads explode.
