Trump asks John who he’d pick as the Final Two. He picks himself and Marlee. Lil Jon picks himself and John. Marlee says she’d pick herself and John. Meat Loaf follows the crowd and picks himself and John. Trump turns to Lil Jon and cites the example of Lennox Lewis from Season One. When asked who should be in the Final Two, he didn’t pick himself. Did it really go down that way? I sort of remember it happening like that, but considering that Trump is claiming that’s exactly what Lil Jon said in the interview and it actually is not, his recollection of events is suspect at best. And so, because Lil Jon has a better grasp of the English language than Trump and his three past winners, he is fired. Meat Loaf kisses his hand on the way out. Why not?
