Yes, the head of the Dr. Pepper bottling company (which also makes Snapple and 7Up) is Larry Young. He is not the same person as spunkybuddy Larry Young (I checked), but if he were, this show would be about 100 times better. For now, I assume he’s actually Larry’s duplicate from the alternate universe in Fringe. And since every duplicate from a dirigible-centric universe gets a portmanteau nickname, like Walternate or Fauxlivia, I dub the CEO “SubsidiLarry”. You know, like “subsidiary” – shut up. It was funny in my head. (I chuckled. But then, we’ve been known to enjoy the same humor from time to time.–Myndi)
