Team Rich tries to come up with 80s icons that they can use. He follows up saying “mega star power” by asking “What if we could get Pauly Shore?” Ha! Also, wrong decade. He mentions Tiffany and Debbie Gibson, who I’m sure are very busy making a Syfy Original Movie in which monsters that are hybrids of two different creatures each eat people. Finally, he comes up with Twisted Sister’s Dee Snider, who he apparently knows. (That’s gotta be a good story, no?–Myndi) He calls Dee and explains the premise. He likes the idea, but there’s a big problem. He’s doing Rock of Ages on Broadway, so he’s got a total Fu Manchu ‘stache going. Well, that’ll ruin the look. He agrees to talk to the producers to see if they’ll let him shave. Man, that’s a lot of pressure on a mustache.
