Celebrity Apprentice Season Four – “Kaboy”

Previously on Celebrity Apprentice:  There was some nonsense involving a koala.  Gary Busey kidnapped some executives from a sunscreen company.  LaToya Jackson got on everybody’s nerves by being a small child masquerading as a middle-aged woman.  John Rich carried a midget around.  Again.  And Mark McGrath was fired for no good reason.  Because Trump, that’s why.

In the Suite, everybody frets about the possibility that Busey is the one coming back.  NeNe freaks out with joy when he returns, while the men of Backbone look like they’re thinking about dead puppies.  Busey pontificates about how he made mistakes, but he’s going to do his best from now on.  He asks John “Do you agree with what I’m doing in my heart?”  Which doesn’t even make sense, so John plays it safe with “absolutely not”.  He accuses Busey of being a saboteur.  Busey demands to know the definition of “saboteur”.  Oh, for pete’s sake.  Let me put it in terms you can understand:  Saboteur.  S-A-B-O-T-E-U-R.  Seeking A Bad Outcome Through Episodic Unhinged Ranting.  Does that clear it up?

  1. You could tell, even after the entire project crashed and burned, Trump didn’t want to send Busey home because the show is less entertaining without him.

  2. See, I disagree. Trump only thinks the show is less entertaining, but I was so much more relaxed watching this week without his crazy ass invading the personal space of everyone he came in contact with.

  3. Yeah, it was definitely more entertaining to watch without Busey — not only did he make me uncomfortable, but he was leeching screen time from everybody else. We don’t really know much about how the various people interact with one another, because the editing was so Busey-focused. I think I would have been happier if he just popped up once every episode to say something crazy and then moved on.
