Celebrity Apprentice Season Four – “Kaboy”

OK, this next scene is amazing.  John decides to call the Omaha Steaks customer service number to get advice for preparing the meat, but Busey has task-specific questions.  John tries to explain that’s not how customer service works.  You know what?  I’m just going to transcribe it.  Now remember, he has just called a customer service number and some poor guy in a cubicle thinks he’s going to get a question about how long a porterhouse needs to defrost.

“This is Gary Busy, Project Manager with Team Backbone.  We’re preparing three meals, and we’re gonna do a Father’s Day with a bone-in-bone bone-in, and a chateaubriand…  So we want to know what you have to offer us, and that’s also the chef costume that Meat Loaf will be wearing when we cook.”

  1. You could tell, even after the entire project crashed and burned, Trump didn’t want to send Busey home because the show is less entertaining without him.

  2. See, I disagree. Trump only thinks the show is less entertaining, but I was so much more relaxed watching this week without his crazy ass invading the personal space of everyone he came in contact with.

  3. Yeah, it was definitely more entertaining to watch without Busey — not only did he make me uncomfortable, but he was leeching screen time from everybody else. We don’t really know much about how the various people interact with one another, because the editing was so Busey-focused. I think I would have been happier if he just popped up once every episode to say something crazy and then moved on.
