Celebrity Apprentice Season Four – “Kaboy”

Ivanka talks about Backbone.  Mostly, they loved Meat Loaf and said he could be their actual spokesperson.  You can imagine how that’s got to be frustrating for Busey, after his big pitch last week was rebuffed.  Why does nobody want Busey to be the face of their product?  Other than, you know, his face.  And his voice and personality, I guess.  Omaha liked the choice of the meals.  They didn’t like Busey, and singled out the kite story.  They didn’t like the variety pack they created, and thought forcing people to eat on stage was awkward.

With a minimum of fanfare, Trump pronounces ASAP the winner, and Hope’s getting the $20,000 plus a matching donation from Omaha Steaks.  Trump gets in one final zinger at NeNe, singling her out as a person who’d be hard to work with.  You know, sometimes NeNe earns those jabs, but she was perfectly nice and supportive in this Boardroom.  Save it for when she’s openly insulting people, Trump!

  1. You could tell, even after the entire project crashed and burned, Trump didn’t want to send Busey home because the show is less entertaining without him.

  2. See, I disagree. Trump only thinks the show is less entertaining, but I was so much more relaxed watching this week without his crazy ass invading the personal space of everyone he came in contact with.

  3. Yeah, it was definitely more entertaining to watch without Busey — not only did he make me uncomfortable, but he was leeching screen time from everybody else. We don’t really know much about how the various people interact with one another, because the editing was so Busey-focused. I think I would have been happier if he just popped up once every episode to say something crazy and then moved on.
