Anyway, back in rehearsal, Maurice is having trouble keeping the samba fun, so his daughter and her friends show up to lighten the mood. It’s very cute, and helps him get in the character of the “party dance”. Both Maurice and Cheryl have afros and bell bottoms to go with “That’s the Way” by KC and the Sunshine Band. It’s a nice routine, but has a lot of that freeform dancing we saw from him in Week One. Maurice struts over to the judges table all, “That’s the fact, Jack!” style.
