Wendy Williams and Tony Dovolani (15/30) – She wants her story to be about how she got started in media, as a DJ. If this isn’t “Radar Love”, I’m going to be so disappointed. We learn that she slept at rest stops and “took birdbaths”. Holy smokes, I want to find out more about her early days.
The song is actually “Last Night a DJ Saved My Life”, and it’s a Foxtrot. Wendy starts out by herself, then meets Tony at the bottom of the stairs and totally feels him up. She puts a lot of personality into the early moments of the song, with some striking posing, but once it comes time for footwork, she’s moving in slow motion. I think she’s actually moving pretty well, it’s just really slow. Her holds are a little awkward, probably because of her crazy long arms. I like it, but more because of her personality. As a dance in and of itself, it’s really lacking.
