Dancing With The Stars

Dancing with the Stars, Season 12 – Week 8 Performances

It’s another song I do not know, to nobody’s surprise.  Their sync is pretty good at the beginning – Kirstie’s definitely a little slower and Kendra is definitely the other kind of slower, but they’re holding it together pretty well.  Kendra and Louis are the first solo, and she gets applause for putting actual stripper moves into the routine.  Kirstie and Maks are next, and they’re fine, but it’s still hard to shake the feeling that Kirstie is only going to get so good.  Then Hines and Kym come out and blow the others out of the water.  The Cha Cha just isn’t the most visually exciting dance, but they’re rocking it.  I like their ending better, because they advance in a group, and I’m a sucker for that move.

  1. The second Team Dance song was by one of my least favorite “artists” on the planet, Ke$ha. I loathe her. You were right on the first song, btw. The TRON and Mr. Rogers references were perfect (and hilarious) but I also saw shades of a latter day Barry Manilow when I looked at Donnie, also. Jinkies. I can’t believe Kendra might live another day.

I thought that Donnie was a Martin Short character. I like Romeo. I’m hoping Kendra goes.
