Lawrence Taylor & Edyta Sliwinska (16) He’s a Hall of Famer & Superbowl champ but he has the pressure of past football players on DWTS to live up to. In rehearsal, the Legwarmers are back, people! LT is not sure about the shoes. He feels uncoordinated and scared! During their Cha cha cha, LT is obviously counting the steps. He’s sort of stiff, but he gets through it, and he looks relieved. Carrie Ann says he was “too small”. Len says he needs to be sharper. He should improve.
Ty Murray & Chelsie Hightower (14) Ty is the most accomplished Rodeo Champ in, like, the history of man or something. He’s worried about looking masculine, and decides to approach dancing like bullriding. Uh-huh. Walks around the dance floor like my 2-year-old wearing his sister’s dress up shoes. He’s very clunky. Bruno makes fun of him quite a bit; he’s been very harsh on some people, given it’s the first night. Len gives Ty points for trying. Carrie Ann says he’s cute and she’s glad he “let go” and really tried. It’ll all be over soon, Ty.
