Dancing with the Stars: Season Eight, Performance Week Two (Mar 17)

Belinda Carlisle and Jonathan Roberts (18/35) – Belinda was hurt by last week’s criticism, but she plans to make a comeback with her Salsa. Her rehearsal video is oddly earnest. Come on, Belinda, give us a blooper reel!

Their Salsa is surprisingly loose, and they spend a lot of time out of hold. She’s in motion the entire time, whether she’s in contact with Jonathan or not. There are some awkward moments, but I’m really impressed with how much she did independently. Nice job!
