They talk pretty openly about Primatech business right in front of Dough, who’s completely perplexed. He suggests everybody say what they’re thankful for. He is happy for the two beautiful women in his life, one of whom is his dog. Lauren is thankful for canned yams. Since they flirted while using yams as a metaphor earlier, it’s best not to think what a “canned yam” might symbolize. Claire announces to the table that she’s not thankful for anything and that she’s thinking of dropping out of school. Well, of course. It wasn’t all about Claire for thirty seconds and she panicked.
