Man, this episode opens with a long “Previously” segment. Once that’s done, we open with Tracy coming out of a faucet into a ritzy Washington DC apartment with a closet that can only be described as “crazy girly”. It looks like the Barbie aisle at Toys R Us. Anyway, she picks out a dress and heads to a fancy restaurant, where she meets up with the Governor of New York, who’s happy to see her. (Note, this is the Heroes governor, and not David Patterson, though that would have been funnier. Especially if Fred Armisen had played him.)
