Heroes 4-5 “Tabula Rasa”

Hiro’s nurse yells at him for getting out of bed. Emma tells Hiro he has to stop using his powers, as they’re killing him. We don’t know how she knows that, and neither does the writer of this episode. Hiro mentions Charlie, the aforementioned waitress from Season One. That reminds him that he should help her. Except for how that failed miserably the last time he tried it.
