Even if she’s come to realize that she’s not dealing with the actual Locke, she wouldn’t be surprised that Jin assumed that the guy who looks like Locke is Locke. When Claire looks at him, she doesn’t see Locke. Even better, it seems he’s only been using Locke’s form since Flight 316 arrived, and we can account for most of his time since then. It seems like he’s been appearing to Claire for a while, so it would appear that she sees the same thing, no matter what form he takes. Yep, Claire has been claimed.
