LOST Revisited: 6-5 “The Lighthouse”

We begin with Jack X, in his fancy house. He’s very interested in the strange scar on his lower abdomen. In fact, when he calls his mother to update her on the progress of Christian’s body (still missing, possibly in Berlin, which cracks me up for reasons I can’t explain), he asks when he had his appendix removed. She said it happened when he was eight years old. Our Jack helped remove his own appendix when he was on the Island. And why doesn’t Jack X remember? Between that and the blood on his neck back on the plane, Jack doesn’t quite seem locked into Timeline X. But then we get another surprise – Jack X has a son named David! I did not see that one coming, that’s for sure.
