So yeah, our Jack doesn’t have a kid, but he’s got one in Timeline X. And we’re not going to learn it this week, but who’s the mother? In our Timeline, Jack didn’t even meet his eventual wife, Sarah, until 2001. Timeline X is still in 2004, and while I’m not much good at telling how old kids are, I’m pretty sure David is older than three. It’s possible the mother is somebody we don’t know, but it definitely isn’t Sarah. Also, how much more Old Testament does a name get than David Shephard?
