LOST Revisited: Season 6, Episode 3 – “What Kate Did”

Kate X gets Claire to the hospital and finds a doctor. And guess who it is – it’s Ethan! Remember, as a child, Ethan would have been on the evacuation sub, so he would have survived the destruction of the Island. That does not make it any less surprising to see him, though. And he calls himself “Ethan Goodspeed”, which would actually be his name, but he’s always identified himself as “Ethan Rom”. And here he is, treating a pregnant Claire, much as he did on the Island. Only now, he says he doesn’t want to stick a bunch of needles in Claire. On the Island, that’s pretty much all he did. He really seems nice and normal in this timeline, though as my friend Sean said “You just know he goes to a weird church or something.”
