LOST Revisited: Season 6, Episode 3 – “What Kate Did”

Now, if we can believe Dogen and Lennon, Claire is infected. At some point, she must have been brought to the spring for healing, and it went wrong. Rousseau referred to her team as being infected, and they did encounter Smokey outside the temple walls. Now, the jury’s still out as to whether it was Rousseau who was infected or everybody else on her team. From the little bit we’ve seen, Rousseau killed the rest of her team, but her husband did try to shoot her first. Somebody went crazy, and it’s still not clear who. Is it possible that Benry, who was apparently healed in the same spring, is also infected? I mean, he had everything going against him from day one, but not everybody who has a bad relationship with their father turns to mass murder.
