Isn’t it good to see Lost Island again? Sure, there were about a dozen people killed there just minutes before this episode picks up, but seeing the island just makes me happy. I’ve even missed Benry and his creepy eyes and rat-like visage. I know he’s evil and all, but he was really funny in this episode. He gets these nice, natural one-liners, even when he’s tied to a tree and beaten bloody by a crazy French lady.
The man Jack talks to on the satellite phone identifies himself as ‘George Minkowski’. A Google search turned up a number of notable Minkowskis in physics and mathematics, so I don’t have any historical figure to tie him to just yet.
