What is the condition of the present-day Dharma Initiative?

Yes, they’ve been wiped out on the Island, but all evidence indicates that they’re still active in America. Aside from online content, which may or may not be canonical, we know that the Flame Station could still communicate with them, and that they were still making food drops as of Season Two. Do they know what’s happening on the Island? It seems unlikely they wouldn’t have tried to upgrade the equipment at some point, and they stopped sending new recruits. We know that was at least an annual occurrence through the 70’s. Are they just observing the new experiment that the Island has become? And strangely, Dharma seems to be able to find the Island just fine. After all, they keep sending food. This would indicate that they are not involved in any way with Widmore, who couldn’t find the Island.
