So, Don leaves his keys at the office, and Secretary Allison has to bring them over. And even drunk, Don wins her over. Yep, Don sleeps with his secretary. Don Draper, for all his faults, does not do that. He doesn’t sleep with employees or co-workers. Clients? Sure, he’ll sleep with clients. But he doesn’t have an affair with somebody he can’t immediately cut out of his life. His awkward morning with Allison was a first for him.
