In other SC news, Roger and Don were forced to make up by Bert Cooper (“People want Martin & Lewis!”) who sent them on a man-date to the barber shop just prior to the British Invasion. Roger got his nails done and told Don he didn’t like to be judged as Don got a clean, close shave. Good to have our favorite bromance back on track. And Roger still got in a couple zingers about the office looking like Iwo Jima after the carnage and stating that “Believe me, somewhere in this business, this has happened before.” I’ve been in advertising a while and I’ve heard some pretty crazy party stories, but none featured dismemberment.
