Roger and Bert went so far as to bring Don into a room and dress him down about failing the entire agency for not opening up, and then Don turned around and did the same to Jantzen.

Also of note was Pete’s new found confidence now that he’s in an environment where he’s been given a vote of confidence and he’s not looking over his shoulder for the next account man. We always liked Pete, and this will be an interesting new direction for him (until S.C.D.P. hires in another account man).
