The two-parter was a clever and innovative way to wrap up a fantastic season. In Season Two, they gave us the first funny take on zombies since Shaun of the Dead, an extended Apollo 13 parody that also featured Colonel Sanders, a thieving monkey, a Claymation episode, a fake clips show, Professor Professorsen, and so much more. All year, Community has been one of the best TV shows on TV. Like Parks and Recreation, they’ve been delivering the sitcom equivalent of a no-hitter. (In this analogy, the show is the pitcher. We’ll admit, we don’t know much about sports.) It’s just so relentlessly sharp and creative, and it’s one of our absolute favorites. Take a bow, Community, and we’ll see you in September!
