TV’s Moments of Joy: I’m on a Horse!

Project Runway – The new season began this week, and we are very excited. Each season lives or dies on the appeal of the contestants, and it seems like they’ve got a good bunch of people who are a little nutty without being boringly self-obsessed. And man, did they come up with a good first challenge. Everybody had to make an outfit using one piece of another contestant’s wardrobe. As in, “take a piece of somebody else’s own personal clothing and cut it up”. Poor Casanova, who ended up sacrificing a thousand dollar pair of pants. Honestly, we didn’t know they even made pants in such lofty denominations. Still, we felt his pain. And there’s crazy little Mondo, who is almost definitely the love child of Samm Levine and Bruce McCulloch. Plus, we’re always happy to see Tim Gunn and Heidi Klum again.
