TV’s Moments of Joy – Smoke on That, Jerk!

Top Chef: All-Stars – Some of our favorite cheftestants return for this new season, and they kicked things off with a really clever challenge.  Each of the chefs had to recreate the dish that got them eliminated.  They had to start with the same ingredients, and couldn’t stray too far from the concept of the original.  This made for a pretty fantastic episode, since some of these guys were eliminated on some pretty strange challenges.  And then there was Season One’s Steven, who was eliminated on a team challenge.  He had to recreate all three of his team’s dishes, and since he was eliminated for fussing around with the wine and not actually participating in the cooking, he was at a bit of a disadvantage.  Also, Fabio got into it with judge Anthony Bourdain and we learned that Season Four’s Spike now own a restaurant called “We, The Pizza”.  Awesome.
