Hellcats – Honestly, we’re kicking ourselves for not mentioning last week’s episodes, in which Marti (Aly Michalka) sang Rolling Stones songs at a wedding, including a take on “Wild Horses” which was legitimately fantastic and made us wish that this show released monthly soundtracks like Glee does. It also featured the following line from Gail O’Grady – “Marti got a man released from prison last month. She’s also doing something different with her hair.” This week’s episode was also swell, with a Cheer-Off, Savannah’s reconciliation with her mother, and Marti learning a bit more about her father. And after this week, we don’t get any new episodes until April 19. Which is unfortunate for those of us who are honorary members of the Lancer Hellcats, but it gives everybody else time to catch up!
