Running Wilde — Oh, man. This show is created by Arrested Development’s Mitchell Hurwitz and
stars Will Arnett, with David Cross in a recurring role. That sounds like a winning formula in our book! Will plays the heir to an oil company who takes in an old girlfriend, now an environmental activist. Hurwitz and Arnett are both experts in making comedy out of the clueless rich, and co-star Keri Russell is as lovable as ever. She and Will show great chemistry in the promos, and we’re crossing our fingers that this turns into comedy magic. And let’s be honest – this show is in a suicide time slot, opposite two of the bigger reality shows and NCIS: Los Angeles. The outlook for ratings success isn’t great, but all the ingredients are there for some quality comedy. You should check it out, or else we’ll judge you. (Premieres September 21, FOX)
