Hawaii Five-O — This one’s for spunkybuddy Larry Young, who’s been looking forward to this on all summer. This reboot of the original series also brings us the first Lostaway to return to TV in Daniel Dae Kim. (Boy, the guy didn’t even have to move after Lost wrapped.) The buzz is good, and this looks to be a lot of fun — we’re looking forward to a cop show that isn’t focused on semen samples and UV lights. And while lead Alex O’Loughlin is the patron saint of TV dramas cancelled before the end of their first season, the rest of the cast is looking pretty good – besides Jin, we’ve got Scott Caan (who’s hilarious in the Ocean’s movies) and Battlestar Galactica’s Grace Park. This should be a good time. (Premieres September 20, CBS)
