When I’m having a bad day, there is simply nothing that can pick me up like the one-minute miracle that is the TV Theme Song. I have 18 or 20 of these babies stashed in my ipod, and when I think no one’s looking, I crank them up and sing along. They’re amazing; little sixty second nuggets of self-help or a daily affirmation set to music. On top of that, they also manage to define the premise of the show they represent in that same time.
