Modern Family-In our humble opinion, this show just keeps hitting home runs, week after week. This week’s Halloween episode had all three families converging on the Dunphy household for Claire and Phil’s favorite holiday tradition. Mitchell had already had a tough day, what with getting busted in his Spiderman costume in the parking lot at work (after some awesome sight gags of him hiding in the bathroom stall), while Gloria and Phil were bickering over Gloria’s mangling of the English language. This drove Gloria to attempting to speak in “American”, which was beyond hilarious. The whole half hour was chock full of great visuals, including the kids, who all have crack comic timing. If you’re somehow missing this show, you’re missing one of the best sitcoms on TV right now.
