Doc and Brock arrive at the Brisby Mansion. Brisby insists that Brock wait outside his study during the meeting. Doc figures he’ll be OK, because the wheelchair-bound Brisby is “a cripple”. We then see that Brisby’s face is paralyzed and he speaks all his dialogue through clenched teeth. Doc freaks out at the sight of it. He offers Doc some panda milk, “one of the rarest beverages on Earth”. And the milked panda, Li-Li, is actually in the room, happily chewing on some bamboo.
