Dean wakes up with the Revenge Society in the Impossibles’ flying vehicle. Professor Impossible explains that Underbheit and Phantom Limb aren’t such bad guys – they just had to make ends meet after the various accidents that deformed them. Richard says he’s launching a Second Chance program for reformed criminals, and that was his secret project. He promotes Dean to Head of Human Resources, and drops him off on the fire escape outside his apartment without incident. When he climbs in the window, Doc mistakes him for a prowler and bashes his head with a typewriter. The next day, the Revenge Society auditions for new teammates, with Dean wrangling the unruly villains.
