Doc arrives at Dean’s apartment. He fell in love with Broadway after seeing The Music Man with Sgt. Hatred, so he’s come back to take in some more shows and stay with Dean. In fact, he’s trying to write a musical, and keeping Dean up with his typing. At Impossible Industries, the Revenge Society works on a commercial promoting their organization as an alternative to the Guild of Calamitous Intent. They’re going to start seeing applicants for their team. Impossible also reveals that the entire facility is powered by his brother-in-law, Cody. Doc meets up with Dean outside the building – he wants Dean to use Professor Impossible’s office equipment to make copies of his script (“Rust!” A Broadway Musical). Impossible listens in with his stretchy ear, and Phantom Limb proclaims their first assignment will be to kill Dr. Venture.
