–Doc is hilarious here. He mentions having to buy his Walkman back from Hank’s store and them “loading it up” with showtunes. How do you load up a Walkman? By inserting a cassette? Everything about his musical aspirations is funny – you have to love that he wrote a musical about himself as a boy. He is always going to try to make a buck off of his Rusty Venture days. And he’s got a nice obscure reference when he sees the apartment – “Are you waiting for a photo shoot with Jacob Riis?”. Riis was a journalist and social documentary photographer in the late 19th Century – he mostly covered life in the slums. I have no idea how Doc has ever heard of him.
