–The SPHINX stuff will get more clear as the episode goes on, so we’ll deal with it as it comes. I like how Mile High complains about being left out of missions, since he and Shore Leave were introduced at exactly the same time, and ol’ Shore Leave went on to become a regular and Mile High mostly hangs out in crowd scenes. Mile High refers to the new agents as “younglings”, which is the term used for children in the Star Wars prequels. I think some of their reactions to seeing the Hoverquarters come right from those movies, but damned if I’m watching Attack of the Clones ever again. And note that they run credits over this scene – it makes it feel more like a movie, doesn’t it? Of course, this is also because when they re-run this episode in two parts, there isn’t time to run the end credits after Part One. They did the same thing in Season Two’s “Showdown at Cremation Creek”, which actually ran as two separate parts in its initial airing. There is no way that anybody other than me cares about this.
