Phantom Limb – He was a major part of the show in the first two seasons. He’s a criminal mastermind with invisible limbs, so that he appears to be a floating head and torso. He has a death touch, and can kill a man with his invisible arms. Phantom Limb seduced Dr. Girlfriend away from the Monarch, and then framed the poor guy for the murder of a policeman. Being resourceful, the Monarch escaped from jail and won his true love back.
