The Most Awesome Thing We Saw Last Week: Farewell, Kuttner
#2–Lost was fantastic this week, and, as EJ mentioned in his recap, probably one of the funniest episodes of that show ever. I just love watching Michael Emerson and Terry O’Quinn work together.
#3–Zac Efron acquitted himself quite well while hosting SNL this week. The show was up and down, as usual (I have no idea why they keep trying that “Gilly” sketch), but the sketch where Zac revisted his High School Musical character, Troy Bolton, was priceless. It was a spoof of the musical genre, of course, and how ridiculous it is that people would just break into song, etc. The fact that, much like Shatner way back when in the sketch where he ripped on Trekkies, Efron is going along with the joke and seemed up for anything, was great. All in all, I’m rooting for this guy to make the transition from tween superstar to adult actor. And Keenan Thompson’s cheesy overdelivery of his lines steals the whole thing.
