I’ve been meaning to recap the mini-episode “The New Man in Charge” and then write a final analysis, but I can’t bring myself to do it. I’m not ready to be done writing about Lost. It’s starting to sink in as we head into the time of year when the new seasons used to kick off – that’s really it. There aren’t new episodes coming. We’re not going to see what happened when Sawyer and the rest got back to civilization. We’re not going to see how Desmond got off the Island and what Hurley and Benry did with their time running the place. We’ve seen the last there is to see of those characters, and I really miss them.
While I stand by my Top 10, I actually feel bad about Eastbound & Down and Louie not being on it! They are both so fabulous. And I know how much I’m missing out by not watching Breaking Bad…I will just have to hibernate with the DVDs one of these days, although it sounds like I may end up suffering from clinical depression if I do that.
