Another strange edit takes us to a group that includes Amanda, Alex, Neil and Chelsia, where Amanda is saying she’s pre-judged because of her high-pitched voice. She then launches into the story of her father’s suicide. Apparently, he hung himself. Yikes. Neil bravely asks if Amanda knows why he did this. She says he had PTSD and was depressed and bipolar. Wow. I really, really don’t want to make fun, because I think she’s telling the truth, but can you have all of that going on at the same time? She says that this is why she kind of forces herself to be chipper and happy all the time. I guess it’s the old if I don’t laugh, I’ll cry scenario. Either way, scary.
